1. Coverage
New machines: twelve [12] months from Site Acceptance Test (SAT) or eighteen [18] months from shipment (whichever occurs first).
Rebuilt machines/retrofits: [6–12] months depending on scope (as stated in the quote).
Spare parts: [90] days from delivery. Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use per our manuals.
2. Remedies
At our option, we will repair, replace, or credit defective components. Replaced parts may be new or refurbished and become our property.
3. Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
Wear items (e.g., belts, bearings, seals, blades, heaters) beyond normal workmanship defects.
Damage from improper installation, utilities out of spec, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
Third-party accessories are not supplied by us, unless expressly warranted in writing.
Consumables, film/material variability, or performance outside agreed specifications.
4. Conditions
Equipment must be operated by trained personnel and maintained per schedule.
Unapproved repairs or parts void coverage for affected components.
Serial numbers and tamper seals must remain intact.
5. Claim process (RMA)
Email info@centurytech.com with model/serial, proof of purchase, fault description, photos/video, and operating conditions.
Receive RMA and shipping instructions.
Inbound shipping to our facility is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed; we return repaired/replaced items using standard ground (expedites at customer cost).
On-site warranty interventions may require remote diagnostics first; if the issue is not warranty-related, standard service rates apply.
6. Limitation
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND INSTEAD OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Post-warranty support
We offer paid service, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs.
